The Southern
District handles all
cases originating in Calvert, Charles, Montgomery, Prince George's, and St.
Mary's Counties. All other cases, including traffic and criminal cases
occurring on Federal Property (U.S. Naval Academy, or the
Baltimore-Washington Parkway, for example) are handled by the Northern
District.
